Kindly read all terms and conditions carefully before placing an order:
- No Bargain Policy:
We do not have a bargain policy, we are already charging minimal prices, so please don’t ask for discounts.
- Advance payment criteria:
We take minimum 1000 in advance (non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return) to book your order. Before dispatching you have to pay 25% amount of your total bill in advance, rest could be cod.
Being unresponsive for straight 2 days will be proceeded to order cancellation, thus advance won’t be returned. (We don’t offer cod above 19500, customers have to pay extra amount in advance). If parcel get returned due to any reason, advance will not be returned.
- No claim without video:
Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping or unboxing of parcel. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged or incomplete products. If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed, then customer will not be entitled for the refund / replacement. (No claim will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery).
In case of DAMAGE: if parcel gets damage and customer has proper video of unboxing, compensation will be given as per the condition of the item. If it is completely damaged (one side DC to be paid by customer) then you have to send it back to us, and we will send you the new one or will refund amount of the article.
- Parcel holding policy:
Parcel will be held only for 3 days only (on 50% advance payment). No changes or cancellation will be accepted later. In case of cancellation, advance won’t be returned.
- Delivery charges:
Our standard delivery charges start from 400/-. However, these will increase in case of more weight or volume. Delivery charges may also, differ depending on your city. Also, please note that we use bubble wraps, poly wraps, cardboard, thermopore sheet, boxes etc. to ensure safe packing. Which costs us around 200-300 rs per parcel. Moreover, maximum attention is paid to ensure proper packing before dispatching. No courier company guarantees 100% safety of the products during delivery process. In case something gets damaged (very rare) you will be offered discount vouchers that can be used while placing next order (only if you have unboxing video). In case of damage, delivery charges will not be returned.
- Important note:
For items on hold, prices will remain as per on booking day, no promotion/sale price will be applicable on these parcels.
